A.R.I.D.E. is a 16-hour course that is designed to train law enforcement officers to observe, identify and articulate the signs of impairment related to drugs and alcohol. The goal of the course is to reduce impaired driving incidents and crashes which result in serious injuries and fatalities. The course will be instructed by Drug Recognition Experts. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are available, as determined by the Supreme Court of Ohio. Inquire for more information.
Requirements: Be a certified law enforcement officer and have completed a certified SFST course OR a prosecuting attorney located within the state of Ohio.
