Advanced Mosaics Class Come and create your own Mosaic Artwork with Marcelle Rollinger!
This class will consist of two separate sessions. During the first session, students will make a square mosaic artwork. They will review basic design principles and go over traditional and modern ways of laying mosaic tiles. Students will also be learning how to achieve a 3D effect by layering glass on top of each other with tile glue.
The second session will be about how to grout and finish the piece. All glass, glass cutters, glue, grout, and other materials for the class will be provided.
Prior glass-cutting experience is recommended.
