Do you struggle with your front crawl breathing?
Understanding how to breathe correctly and working on breath control can help you front crawl.

Are you looking to improve your front crawl technique and improve your breathing and breath control?
This lesson is designed for those that can swim efficient, head in front crawl for a distance of at least 800m plus. You must be able to swim this distance comfortably and without having to stop. If you haven't had any formal swim tuition for a while and not attended one of my other courses before the intermediate course may be more suitable.
**SHORT FINS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE LESSON** Please contact Sue Lord if you need to purchase fins for the lesson.
If you cannot swim this distance without stopping this session will not be suitable.

This course will help you:
Understand how to breathe effectively and understand more about breath control which can help you swim more efficiently.
After the lesson you will understand about effective breathing and breath control and you will perform swim drills/sets you can do in a pool to help your front crawl.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Be over 18 years of age.
Be in good health.
Participants must be able to swim head in front crawl efficiently for a distances of 800m plus without having to stop.
**SHORT FINS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE LESSON** Please contact Sue Lord if you need to purchase fins for the lesson.
Swim costume, swim hat (compulsory) and goggles to be worn.
Other learn to swim equipment will be provided by Sue Lord
