During this 2-hour in-person class, participants will learn:
- The different terms and important information that goes into advanced care planning.
- The difference between a will and a living will.
- The difference between a POLST and a DNR Order.
- Resources to help you have a conversation with loved ones about your wishes.
- How to integrate spirituality into your advanced care planning.
Participants will also have the opportunity to have their questions answered by the speakers.
