This training aims to equip you with the confidence to perform yoga adjustments effectively and understand the essence of assisting. Additionally, we will cover protocols for appropriate student contact and consent.
This class is offered to those yoga instructors who have a minimum of 200 hr CYT or are currenlty enrolled in a 200 hour training.
