This special evening honors the incredible women of Advance NOW Cohort 3, a transformational leadership and economic mobility program designed to support African American women in career advancement, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, healing, and personal growth.

Over the past 12 weeks, these women have committed themselves to growth, leadership development, sisterhood, and building a brighter future — and now it’s time to celebrate their accomplishments in a powerful way.
