"Listen to the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, shakers, gongs and more, while surrounded by nature. This immersive listening experience invites you to relax, let go of stress, and connect with nature.
The session will begin with a few minutes of guided grounding and will close with gentle, re‑invigorating sound—helping you return to your evening with clarity, uplift, and a renewed sense of presence.
What to bring:
- Mat or blanket
- Water
- Optional: small pillow

Meeting location notes: Reservable area- Manion Shelter. After entering the park, the Reservable area is the 2nd driveway on the RIGHT. Look for the large "Reservable area" sign on the right side of the road. Once entering the reservable area, follow signs for the Mansion Shelter area. The shelter is a short walk from the parking lot.
