🎄 CHRISTMAS JAM – FRIDAY 10TH JANUARY 🎄
Kick off the new year with one of the best traditions in the parkour world — a Spiral Freerun Jam! This is your chance to train alongside our full coaching team, push your limits, make new friends, and soak up the energy of our incredible community. 🌀
Jam sessions are without a doubt one of the greatest things to happen within parkour culture. Bringing together athletes of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds in one space creates a level of inspiration, creativity, and pure play that’s hard to match. Whether you're refining your style or exploring movement for the very first time, you'll find endless motivation everywhere you look.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
✨ Train with our coaches and witness the unique styles they bring to the team
✨ Connect with other practitioners and feel the buzz of a true community session
✨ Explore our facility and discover new challenges, routes, and movements
✨ Be part of an inclusive, positive environment where everyone is encouraged to grow
This jam is split into two sessions so everyone gets the vibe that suits them:
🧒 Kids Jam (Ages 6–15)
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
A fun, supportive, exploratory jam for younger athletes looking to push themselves safely and creatively.
🧑‍🧑‍🧟‍♂️ Adults Jam (16+)
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
A later session for adults to train freely, experiment with style, and challenge each other in a high-energy environment.
💰 Tickets: £10 per person for either session.
