Mental Health First Aid is a public health education program that teaches the signs and symptoms of common mental health challenges and a 5-step action plan for what to do and say when you encounter someone with a mental health challenge. For this training there is 2 hours of pre-work that you complete on your own and 6.5 hours of virtual instructor-led training. The cost covers the cost of the digital manual and guide as well.
