Adult Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Summer Dance 2024

This is a vinyasa flow style yoga class. The flow balances strength and flexibility with mindfulness to encourage students to gain awareness of both body and mind. Classes begin with gentle breathing exercises, move through a sequence of heat building poses, and end with seated stretches. No prior yoga experience necessary!

Class meets Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 pm with teacher Hannah Haines. You must reserve a place for every date you would like to attend. Reservation link is closed 30 minutes before class start.

This free reservation does not constitute payment, which is due at class time. Adult class cost: $18/class or pre-purchase 5 classes for $80/10 classes for $160 ($16/class). Class cards available from teacher at class time.

What to wear: Any comfortable workout clothes - don't forget your mat!
