Join us for a welcoming, educational peer group designed for adults and their caregivers! This group provides a supportive space to: Share experiences. Ask questions.
Gain practical tips for managing challenges related to speech and swallowing.
Connect with others who understand.
We also have special activities planned to make each session engaging and meaningful!

• Useful tips & strategies you can use at home
• Hands-on activities to help build skills and confidence
• Real conversations with peers who understand your experiences
• A warm, supportive environment that encourages sharing, learning, and connection

A parking pass will be provided upon arrival
