Pilates is a gentle yet powerful form of exercise designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and energised for the day ahead.
- Starting Friday 7th November, weekly
- 7am – 8am
- £6 per class (paid in person by cash or card on the day)
- All equipment provided (please just bring a mat and some water with you)
