Adult open gym sessions are so popular we now open on Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm & Wednesday flexi times from 6pm onwards (none EB). Rock-up train at own pace, largest gym in Devon, use of gloves, ropes, equipment, weights, slam-balls, bags, ring, soft flooring, exercise machines, disabled access, fully insured, first-aid, defib, etc. Make friends, keep fit, lose weight & positive mind-set, male & female all welcome. 16 years to 60 years, free advice and support..
