Please join us for an Adult Mental Health First Aid training on March 17, 2026 from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the Delta College Downtown Midland campus.
Adult MHFA teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of a mental health or substance use challenge. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone and help connect them to the appropriate care.
After completing a 2-hour, self-paced online course, First Aiders will participate in five to six hours of in-person, instructor-led training together. This event is FREE to attend due to the generous sponsorship, but registration is required. Lunch will be provided.
