About this Event

Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.



**There is NO CHARGE for this course, but participants must complete a 2-hour, self-paced online class prior to attending the Instructor-led in-person training. Your instructor will reach out to you prior to the class starting to provide you with information to complete the 2-hour, self-paced portion.**
