Learn to identify, understand and respond to signs of a mental health or substance use challenge. This training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be struggling and help connect them to the appropriate care.
This training has two parts:
Part 1 is a 2-hour online module
Part 2 is an in-person, live skills training
