Adult Loss of a Parent Support Group - IL

During the six-week in-person program, we will explore the many ways our parents contribute to who we are. Coping with grief, changed family roles, regret, gratitude, and forgiveness will be discussed. This group offers a safe space to express grief and share memories. Free and open to community members. Registration is required.
