Ever look out on the water, see all those lovely boats and sailors having a great time, and wish you could be a part of it? Well, if you never learned to sail as a kid and thought that your chance at sailing had passed you buy - fear not! Whether you want to learn the basics so you can start your sailing journey, join your kids and sail as a family, refresh your memory, or just enjoy some time out on the water, this is the course for you. You'll learn how to sail in a 2-person boat called a Pacer (so you'll be in the boat with another person at all times). These boats are great fun and perfect for beginners to sailing. In this beginner-level course, run by our qualified Australian Sailing Instructors, you will:
- Learn how to rig and launch a boat
- Practice tacking, steering, and stopping safely
