Adult Latin Dance Classes - Samba, Salsa and Cha-cha-cha

This class is for you if you are looking for a fun and energising way to improve your fitness and self-confidence. Get intimate with your body - move it your way! This is your opportunity to improve the mind-body connection, and harness the powerful life force residing within you.

Adult dance classes based on Samba, Salsa and Cha-cha-cha. Classes are designed to tone and condition the overall body, improve fitness, memory and coordination.

All levels are welcome!

All classes are designed in a progressive manner - we start with simple steps and basics, then put everything together into a routine.

You will leave each class feeling energised, full of life, sexy and in love with dancing. This is our promise!

Classes are 90 minutes. Class plan :

10 mins warm-up

20 mins Samba

20 mins Salsa

20 mins Cha-cha-cha

10 mins tone and condition

10 mins stretch and cool down
