This means detailed and in-depth station exercises built specifically around the core fundamentals AND dedicated form drills that force proper technique even before you know how to do it!

Come by yourself, with a partner, group, friend, or significant other for the most information-packed, skills-focused, fastest growth event you have ever experienced.

This event is for ages 18 + at any skill level. No previous experience is needed. Stations and drills are complementary to whatever skill level you are. No one player will affect the learning advancement of another due to the unique solo-focused sequences of the drills and station exercises.
