Adult Indoor Pickleball Clinic and Training

Adult athletes finally receive the recognition they deserve with USSPT’s dedicated training and skills practice. This ensures athletes train with appropriate equipment and competition to foster maximum growth. USSPT is the only program in the nation—possibly the world—that delivers a highly specialized skills development curriculum and expert coaches to elevate the sport you love. In these training sessions, fundamentals are broken down in ways you’ve never experienced, incorporating muscle movement, motion science, and cognitive learning strategies for rapid improvement FOR ADULTS ONLY.

We train the brain first, enabling it to guide the body effectively. This approach allows athletes to focus on the game while muscle memory takes over. Gone are the days of relying on YouTube videos or repeating bad habits during league games or open play. With USSPT, you can train like the world’s top professional teams.

Each clinic begins with announcements, followed by focused instruction, verbal cues, and valuable insights. Athletes then break into solo or small partner groups to practice form and cues. Next, we conduct group routines and fundamental motion exercises to build a solid learning foundation. Every session concludes with gameplay, allowing you to apply what you’ve learned and prepare for upcoming events and matches.
