Session 2: How to Play on the Course
When: Tuesdays, August 4th to September 1st
Time: 3:30 - 5:30 PM
Location: Birch Bay Village Golf Course
Price: $90
After learning how to putt, chip, and pitch, beginners are generally not inclined or ready to go to a course and play. This second program (How to Play on the Course) will prepare you to play on a regular course.
You will be taken to Birch Bay Village’s range area to work on accuracy and distance control by hitting to various targets. You will get acclimated to the course, basic rules and etiquette, and then will play in scramble games with other students. (This is where the fun starts!)
After the lessons students are welcome to pass a multiple-choice written test, skills ability test, and sign the course agreement to abide by the rules, that all golfers must agree to.
