Being present is the philosophy of the horse. Taking time to enjoy nature and the beauty around you is something we, as humans, find difficult.
This day will focus on finding Joy in the quietness of the farm, "digging in the dirt" to get back to our roots, observing how horses interact without words and how we can apply their "simplicity" to our world.
Exploring our creativity and utilizing our senses to get the most out of every day!
What to expect:
Hands on with horses.
Treasure hunting in nature.
Overcoming "obstacles"
Yoga on the grass, surrounded by animals.
Journaling or drawing with and without prompts.
Healthy (and delicious) snacks and lunch.
Bonfire.
Chair massages.
Pasture bathing.
Relaxing and Rejuvenating!
cost for this incredible day is $150
a non-refundable deposit of $75 will hold your spot, with balance due before the start of our day.
