Memory Café is designed for those living with dementia and their loved ones, offering:
Practical tools and expert guidance
Meaningful activities that support cognitive health
A supportive space to connect with others who share the journey.
This month we are enjoying Tai Chi with Dr. Edward Fox- Enjoy a 30-minute Tai Chi class led by Physical Therapist Dr. Ed ward Fox. This relating session will be followed by discussion and refreshments.
