In this beginner's class, you will learn how to burn and stain wood using a 10" x 10" round sitting stool, also known as the Shou Sugi Ban technique. Shou Sugi Ban is an ancient Japanese art technique for preserving wood with fire. Add the color(s) of your choice to create your own little stool, which is great for sitting, plants, bathrooms, and kids' rooms. The class fee is $39.
