Connect with our different attractions in exciting new ways through our all-new Adult Continuing Education Classes, taking place each month here at Moody Gardens. These 2-hour classes are for adults ages 18 and older to gain a hands-on learning experience on a variety of topics including nature and conservation.
Greg Whittaker, Moody Gardens General Curator, will give a 45-minute classroom presentation covering the basics of birdwatching with field guides, binocular tips and birding etiquette. Following the classroom presentation will be a birding walk through Moody Gardens property. The Moody Gardens property is a registered birding location due to over 400 species that can be found on the property during migration seasons.
Pre-registration required. Registration closes day before at 4pm. Adults Only; 18 years and older. (No children)
