Enjoy a gentle and welcoming coloring group designed to promote relaxation and connection. Coloring can help reduce stress, support focus and create a calming, rhythmic experience. Participants will use alcohol-based markers on cardstock paper and choose from a variety of simple yet beautiful high-contrast images.
Color at your own pace after selecting your palette. Friendly conversation is welcome, and quiet participation is always respected. Supportive guidance will be provided by a Board-Certified Art Therapist. Join us for social connection, mindfulness or simply to slow down and engage fully in the moment.
