This ensures athletes train with appropriate equipment and competition to foster maximum growth. USSPT is the only program in the nation—possibly the world—that delivers a highly specialized skills development curriculum and expert coaches to elevate the sport you love. In these training sessions, fundamentals are broken down in ways you’ve never experienced, incorporating muscle movement, motion science, and cognitive learning strategies for rapid improvement.

Each clinic begins with announcements, followed by focused instruction, verbal cues, and valuable insights. Athletes then break into solo or small partner groups to practice form and cues. Next, we conduct group routines and fundamental motion exercises to build a solid learning foundation. Every session concludes with gameplay, allowing you to apply what you’ve learned and prepare for upcoming events and matches.
