Adult Break Dance Class

Our Adult Break Dance class is designed to demystify the dynamic world of breakdancing, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of physical ability or dance experience.

Led by an experienced instructor skilled in adapting moves to suit various abilities, the class focuses on foundational breakdancing elements like top rock, six-step, and freezes, ensuring that each participant can find and develop their unique style. Emphasizing a gradual learning process in a supportive environment, this class is perfect for those who may have previously thought breakdancing was too challenging to attempt. Here, we welcome dancers of all skill levels to explore breakdance in a way that builds confidence, strength, and rhythm in a fun and engaging setting.
