Join Skillz It Up at our exciting Braiding Class!
You will learn the basics of braids and extension braiding at our class.
We have created a space where participants can learn together, support one another, and take pride in their hands-on work.
💬Why learn braiding? Braiding can be a new way to express yourself creatively. By learning these skills, you can save thousands of dollars over time by caring for your own hair. Braiding can also become a source of supplemental income or even a future career.
Participants will learn:
🎀 Healthy Hair Care Practices
📝How to prep the hair for braiding and the proper tools and supplies to use
🎀 Parting & Sectioning
🎀 How to properly care for hair before, during, and after it is braided
📝How to create a braid
📝How to add extensions to the hair
Lunch and snacks are provided.
This is a Level I Beginners Class.
Ages 18+ are welcome to attend!
