✅WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our Ballet Barre class offers a blend of dynamic and static exercises rooted in the discipline of classical ballet’s pedagogical traditions and is reinforced with somatic concepts and experimental anatomy. Special attention will be on foundational concepts such as alignment, turn out, how to extend the foot, carriage of the arms, directions of the body and transfer of weight. Class formats and exercises will vary each week.
