Beginner Intermediate: Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30AM - 10:45AM
Beginner*: Mondays at 11:00AM - 12:00PM
NOT available as a drop-in class.
Adult Ballet is a low-pressure, technique-driven class designed to help you stay active, build strength, and deepen your love for dance. Whether you're returning to the barre or just starting out, this class offers a fun, manageable way to challenge yourself and grow. You’ll refine your technique, move with intention, and maybe even break a sweat while perfecting your plié—all in a supportive, welcoming community.
Adult Nia, Adult Jazz/Lyrical, Adult Tap also available!
