Adult Ballet 101 is a beautiful introduction to the elegance, strength, and joy of classical ballet in a warm, encouraging environment created specifically for adults.Whether you’re stepping into your very first dance class, returning to ballet after years away, or simply looking for a graceful new way to move your body, this class is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and inspired from day one.
No experience required. No pressure.
Just beautiful music, encouraging instruction, and the excitement of learning something new week by week.
Come solo or bring friends — beginners are absolutely welcome, and all experience levels can benefit from refining the fundamentals.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. Ballet shoes are recommended but not required for your first class. Socks may also be worn to start.
Price per individual class: $20 per person
