This course covers CPR, AED use, and First Aid, and is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs certification to meet job, regulatory, or other non-healthcare requirements.

- AED use and the Cardiac Chain of Survival

- Choking relief for all age groups

- Wounds, burns, concussions, muscle, bone, and joint injuries

- Bleeding control
