While macarons are not a typical item tied to agriculture, Spoon River Macaron owner Ashley and her 3 young daughters raise chickens, maintain a small egg business and tend a large garden in the summer, including a small orchard, where the produce is used in her macaron business. This educational workshop includes going home with a dozen macarons that you will choose the filling for and pipe yourself. Invite your friends- all are welcome!
