Adult Aerial Yoga Workshop

This is a 30 minute taster sessioh of Aerial Yoga.

Aerial Yoga is a fusion technique, fantastic for relieving compressed joints and aligning the body from head to toe. The Hammock acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you work through Mobilisations, Asanas, Sun Salutations, Conditioning Exercises and Inversions. Aerial Yoga is suitable for students of all levels as you will be given different level options to choose from throughout and students are encouraged to choose their own progressions.
