Whether you’ve always dreamed of soaring through the air or you're just looking for a fresh, creative way to move your body, our Intro to Aerial FUNdamentals class is the perfect way to begin your aerial journey.
🌀 What to Expect in This One-Hour Intro Class:
✨ Try all four apparatuses: Lyra, Sling, Trapeze, and Silks
✨ Learn basic skills like mounting, dismounting, and beginner poses
✨ Get familiar with aerial terminology and safety practices
✨ Enjoy a welcoming, inclusive, and non-competitive environment
Led by experienced coaches, this class is designed for absolute beginners, no prior experience or upper body strength required. Just bring your curiosity and a sense of adventure!
🎟 Drop-in Format, No Commitment Needed
This class is offered every Thursday at 5:30 PM. Sign up for a date that works for you. Once you complete FUNdamentals, you’ll be ready for our full Basics courses in each apparatus where you'll progress at your own pace!

✔ Wear leggings or yoga pants and a top that covers your underarms
✔ Bring a water bottle
✔ Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and get settled
