Support Group for Adult ADHD and related conditions.
Our group support sessions are tailored around attendees, covering adult-relevant topics and addressing essential current situations and problems. Each session provides a safe and open environment for individuals and partners to explore the issues that affect them, receive key information to gain a better understanding of how conditions affect those situations and receive key advice to implement. In addition, the sessions work as group therapy and allow people to meet others in similar situations, share peer advice and build new friendships.
It is appropriate for Adults with ADHD, Tourettes, OCD or other neurodevelopmental conditions with their partners or trusted family members.
Refreshments:
Light refreshments such as tea, coffee, & cold drinks, and biscuits are provided.
