Join us for the ADU Fair - a free event where you can talk to industry experts, tour completed projects, and start your ADU journey!
About this Event

As California laws continue to make it easier to build an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) on your property, more homeowners are taking advantage of this opportunity.

Hosted by the ADU Resource Center of San Mateo County, this FREE event will allow homeowners who are interested in building an Accessory Dwelling Unit to speak directly with industry professionals and will help homeowners:

• Learn what you're allowed to build, how big and how many units
• How much ADUs cost and how to finance inexpensively
• Return on investment as a rental, sale or for family.

Come to the Burlingame Community Center between 10 am and 12 noon to meet a curated group of ADU industry professionals including architects, general contractors, lenders and more; hear informational presentations from industry professionals; and get expert insights from an ADU specialist on what you can build.

Following the morning session, in the afternoon you can visit real ADUs that have just been completed by participating contractors.
