ADSS Annual General Meeting

We are delighted to invite you to our Annual General Meeting, where our trustees and governing body will come together to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the future.

The AGM is an important moment for us to review the charity's activities, financial performance, and strategic direction.

The Board of Trustees and our dedicated staff are excited to share the highlights of our work from 2023-2024, as well as the exciting new service developments introduced since April 2024.

You will also have the chance to hear directly from individuals who use our services, offering a powerful insight into the difference we are making together.

As a special treat, our Singing Back the Memories group—which is made up of individuals living with dementia and their caregivers—will be giving a heartfelt performance that promises to be a truly memorable part of the event.

Parking Information

Please be aware that the venue is situated on a busy road, and congestion is likely. We recommend allowing extra time for travel and parking to ensure a smooth and timely arrival. If you require accessibility assistance, you may drop off passengers closer to the entrance before parking, though we are unable to reserve specific parking spots.

Members

Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 2006, as a member of ADSS you are entitled to point a proxy should you be unable to make it in person to the AGM.
