Adoption Day - National Cocoa Day

☕🍫🐾 NATIONAL COCOA DAY + ADOPTION DAY! 🐾🍫☕
There’s nothing quite like a warm cup of cocoa on a December day… unless it’s the warm feeling of giving a rescue dog a second chance and a family of their own! ❤️
Join Chihuahua Rescue Truckee Meadows for our final Adoption Day of the year!
📅 Sunday, December 13
⏰ 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 PetSmart – Carson City
🎟️ REMEMBER — WE USE A LOTTERY SYSTEM!
Come at 11:00 AM to draw your number for the order in which potential adopters enter our play yard to meet the available dogs.
There is no advantage to arriving early. Everyone participating at opening has the same opportunity to draw a number. This helps keep the process fair, organized and a little less overwhelming for our dogs. 🐾
☕ Some cocoa needs marshmallows.
❤️ Some hearts need a dog.
🏠 And some rescue dogs are simply waiting for the right person to say, “You’re coming home with me.”
Come meet our adoptable dogs, talk with their fosters, ask questions and perhaps find a little companion who will keep your heart warm long after the cocoa is gone. 🐶❤️

❄️ Our adoption events are held outdoors and are weather dependent. Any changes or cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page and website.
☕🐾 Warm drinks. Warmer hearts. Second chances. ❤️
