Adopt-a-Storm Drain Community Day

Learn more about the City of San José’s Adopt-a-Storm Drain program and how you can make a difference in your neighborhood and the environment.

What to Expect:

• Live storm drain cleanup demonstration
• Guided walk for creek viewing
• Onsite sign-ups to adopt a storm drain
• FREE tool kit giveaways for new adopters
• Information about local wildlife and their role in the ecosystem from Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA's volunteers

This is not a storm drain cleanup. In the case of rain, the event may be canceled or modified.

Note: *Attendees can park in the Penitencia Creek Parking Lot or along the surrounding streets. Street parking is typically plentiful for events held at this location.
