Adirondack Lounge Chair Workshop

During this workshop, you’ll be guided you through the process of building your own Adirondack Chair. The piece is built entirely from reclaimed scaffold boards, and you’ll finish it with a clear stain at the end. One of our woodworkers will be on hand to help at every stage.
The day begins with a welcome and introduction, giving you the chance to meet fellow participants and familiarise yourself with the workshop space. From there, one of our experienced woodworkers will guide you through every stage of the build, including measuring, sanding, shaping, assembling, plugging and finishing your bench. Support will be available throughout, whether you’re a complete beginner or have previous woodworking experience.
By the end of the day (or ready to collect on another day), you’ll take home an Adirondack Chair made completely by you — a comfortable, handcrafted piece, ready to relax in your garden, porch, or living-space.
