ADHD Workshop For Grandparents (In-Person)
About this Event
About This Workshop
Grandparents play an important role in the life of the entire family. Yet when a grandchild has ADHD, some behaviors can be difficult to understand and may be mistaken for defiance, poor discipline, or a lack of effort.
In this workshop, together we will explore:
- What ADHD really is and how it affects the brain
- How ADHD shows up in everyday family life
- Practical ways to support grandchildren with connection and encouragement
- How to support parents and navigate generational differences
- How to strengthen family relationships while caring for yourself
When grandparents understand ADHD, the whole family can feel more connected, supported, and understood.
