ADHD peer support group - in person

Hello! Are you looking to connect with others who get what it’s like to live with ADHD? Our peer support group is the perfect place to share stories, swap tips, and support each other in a warm and friendly environment. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have no diagnosis or have been navigating ADHD for years, everyone’s welcome. Anyone with an interest in ADHD can join.
* Please note that we are limited to only 12 spaces due to the venue. If demand is high, we will look at other venues in the future. Sorry if this is disappointing!
** Also, this is the in person version of the online session! Please only choose online or in person in any given month so that we can make sure as many people can access the support they need.
