Are you feeling overwhelmed parenting a child with ADHD? Do daily battles over homework, chores, and behavior leave you exhausted? This 5-week support group provides research-backed strategies and connects you with other parents who understand your challenges.

Facilitated by Kent Jensen, MSW, a specialist in ADHD treatment, this program goes beyond basic information to provide practical, evidence-based tools you can implement immediately.

Week 1: Understanding ADHD & The Brain

• Why ADHD behaviors occur (they're not "bad choices")
• How movement helps ADHD brains focus
• Creating effective visual reminder systems

Week 2: Emotional Regulation

• Managing anger, frustration, and lying behaviors
• De-escalation techniques that actually work
• Building trust and emotional safety

Week 3: Managing Everyday Challenges

• Screen time battles and sleep issues
• Understanding addiction risks in ADHD
• Creating healthy boundaries with visual systems

• Academic support strategies and advocacy
