A 10-week group for ADHD women to understand how their brain works and build systems that support them instead of fighting them.
About this Event

This program is for the woman who’s done blaming herself and ready to understand herself instead.

You’ve read the productivity hacks.

You’ve tried the planners, the apps, the routines everyone swears by.

And somehow…

You’re still up at 2am finishing something due tomorrow.

Still apologizing for being late.

Still wondering why things that seem effortless for everyone else feel like climbing a wall in the dark.

It’s not a motivation problem.

It’s not a willpower problem.

**It’s a mismatch** between how your brain actually works and the world that was never designed with you in mind.

What This Space Is

This is a 10-week group coaching program built specifically for women with ADHD (or women who suspect they might have it and are finally starting to connect the dots).

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about understanding how your brain works and building a life around that, instead of against it.

We’ll explore the overlooked factors that shape your daily experience as a woman with ADHD: things like estrogen cycles, sleep, sensory environment, and emotional regulation. We’ll shift the lens from “what’s wrong with me” to “what do I actually need to thrive.”

You’ll leave with more than strategies. You’ll leave with a different relationship to yourself.

What You’ll Walk Away With
  • A real understanding of how ADHD shows up in *your* life — not just the textbook version.
  • Tools for emotional regulation, habit-building, and managing the moments that used to derail you.
  • ADHD-friendly systems for organization, time, and daily functioning that actually work *with* your brain.
  • Self-compassion practices that stick not the kind that feel like one more thing to do.
  • A support network of women who genuinely get it.

If you need more information or have questions about the program, just schedule a free introductory session to help answer any questions to ensure the program is right for you before you sign up.

Hear From Other Women Who Experienced This Program

“For the first time in a performance review, I was able to speak up for everything I bring to the table instead of just rolling over and taking the hit. I finally got the promotion I’d been too ashamed to even ask for.”
“I started noticing changes in my kids’ behavior! I didn’t realize how my chaotic approach to the world was rubbing off on them until I started modeling something different. Now I actually believe I can do it—and keep doing it.”

YOU deserve to experience a version of life that feels sustainable, not overwhelming. This program gives you the space, tools, and community to make that happen.
