ADHD + Me - Women’s Support Group - June Meet Up

This is a monthly meet up support group for women, and people who identify with the female experience of ADHD, who are either diagnosed, awaiting assessment or just questioning if they are ADHD. It is a completely inclusive space to meet others, to chat and to feel seen and heard.
The venue is at Christ Church Tonbridge, the big blue building next to Boots but I want to be very clear that this is a completely NON religious group. It is an inclusive group for all women. If for any reason you feel the venue is a barrier for you, please reach out to chat to me privately.
Please use the front entrance to the Church, on the High Street, not the rear entrance by Sainsbury’s.
The support group is FREE but I will be asking for donations to cover costs (suggested donation £3 per person).
