About this Event
ADHD FOUNDERS CONNECT
ADHD Connect is the UK’s only in-person business growth membership designed exclusively for driven ADHD business owners who don’t fit the mould.
Each month, we dive into a new topic designed to give you practical strategies, a supportive community, and the tools you need to build and grow a thriving ADHD-led business.
Our topic for October is: Sell Authentically Without Burnout
During this session, we will explore the intersection of high-level sales strategy and the neurodivergent brain to redefine what "success" looks like for you. Rather than pushing through the "Wall of Awful" using traditional, neurotypical sales grind, Moira will show you how to leverage your natural ADHD strengths - like rapid problem-solving and deep empathy - to build an authentic sales process. We will dismantle the fear of rejection, address the struggle of the "invisible" follow-up, and introduce a human-centred framework that allows you to close deals consistently without the exhaustion of masking or burnout.
Learning Outcomes:-
- The Dopamine-Driven Sales Flow: Learn how to structure your sales activity around your brain's natural engagement patterns to maintain momentum without hitting a wall.
- The "Anti-Pitch" Framework: Master a conversational approach to selling that removes the pressure of "performing" and focuses on authentic connection and high-value problem-solving.
Systems for "Time Blindness": Discover simple, low-friction tools and "micro-habits" to manage your pipeline and follow-ups effectively, even when your executive function is low.
