About this Event
Join us at Queertopia Consortium for the first of a three-part workshop series exploring ADHD and neurodivergence, led by Cole Barker, Senior ADHD Practitioner, NHS.
This interactive session creates a supportive, trauma-informed space to better understand ADHD—whether you are navigating it personally, supporting others, or wanting to deepen your awareness.
⸻
🧠 What we’ll explore:
• What is ADHD?
• Understanding neurodivergence and neurodiversity
• The hidden challenges of ADHD: rumination, self-doubt, and the inner critic
• Burnout and overwhelm
